We serve in love, order, and accountability as an act of worship to Christ.
By signing below, I agree to the following:
1. Christian Conduct
• I will model Christ-like behavior, patience, gentleness, and self-control.
• I understand I represent the church and its leadership while serving.
2. Safety & Supervision
• I will follow all nursery safety procedures, including secure check-in/check-out.
• I will maintain appropriate adult-to-child ratios.
• I understand nursery areas are monitored by video recording.
• I consent to video monitoring while serving.
3. Discipline Policy
• Physical discipline is strictly prohibited.
• In cases of biting or aggressive behavior:
• Children will be separated immediately.
• The injured child will be comforted.
• Calm verbal correction and redirection will occur.
• Incidents will be documented and parents notified.
• After three documented incidents involving the same child, that child will be dismissed from the nursery for one month.
4. Phone & Attention Policy
• I will remain off my phone while serving unless required for ministry or emergency use.
• I understand inattentiveness increases safety risks.
5. Preparation & Engagement
• I will come prepared with an age-appropriate activity, song, lesson, or structured engagement plan.
• I understand preparation supports order and reduces behavioral issues.
6. Health & Hygiene
• I will follow sanitation procedures.
• I will not serve while ill.
I understand failure to comply with these policies may result in removal from nursery service.
